Substantiation of Claims Section
1. Pillars of Success, a division of Meritica Life Enhancing Technologies goes to great lengths to verify and substantiate every claim made regarding every one of our products. This substantiation of claims section has been deliberately designed to provide you with the ability to verify each claim for yourself from openly accessible public records.
2. Estimates, extrapolations, and documentation which are not part of the public record have all been clearly noted or altogether excluded from any claims we have made. We take great pride in our sincerity and in the event any claims are shown to be inaccurate, or any estimate outside statistically acceptable tolerances we will immediate remove said claim from our marketing materials. Our goal is to genuinely provide, verify, and substantiate the truth with integrity and sincerity.
Claim #1: “M.Daniel ‘Windwalker’ Walsh raised $2 million dollars per day, everyday for two years while testing this system.”
1. From 2000-2002 M. Daniel ‘Windwalker’Walsh was Senior Director at JTG Corporation specializing in Municipal Development. During that period he Directed all of the following projects totaling $1.214 billion dollars in actual funds raised while securing approximately 30,000 jobs for municipal development and the public schools system (municipal development including: Public Schools, Fire Districts, Irrigation Systems, Gymnasiums, and Libraries )– during this period he was actively refining and testing the PING! system in the real world:

Claim #2: “the most popular Yoga Temple in the Americas (hosting over 50,000 students per year!) was built by this same man.”
1. Substantiation: From 2003-2006 M. Daniel Walsh Proposed, Fundraised, Planned, Coordinated and helped build the Temple at Harbin Hot Springs which annually hosts over 50,000 students per year for yoga and other assorted events. His formal job title was Project Coordinator and he took part in EVERY single aspect of the project from concept to completion.
Claim #3: “1,000’s of people from all over the world who traveled to his secret mountain hideaway to study from this man.“
1. Substantiation: While working on the Harbin Temple Project Daniel lived in a seclude cabin off the traditional grid. Harbin is a retreat center hosting over 100,000 guests per year from all over the world. Daniel was actively involved in teaching Yoga both publicly and privately, as well as privately consulting with 1,000’s of people from his remote cabin. For private consultations he honored shamanic traditions and never accepted payment.
Claim #4: M. Daniel ‘Windwalker’ Walsh is 28th in a 1500 year unbroken Shamanic Lineage”
1. Substantiation: Daniel has spent 13 years as the apprentice of to a 27th Generation Master Shaman of Native American origins. The name, personage, and tribal affiliations of this Shaman Lineage will not now, nor ever be disclosed out of traditional respect. (cite: 1978 American Indian Religious Freedom Act, 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act, 1998 International Religious Freedom Act) – the American Indian Religious Freedoms Acts of 1978, 1993, and 1998 exempt this one material claim from further material substantiation. It’s 100% true, but out of traditional practices not subjected to public scrutiny.
However, for ease of communication this personage is affectionately being referred to as “The Master Shaman Whitecloud”, while not his given name, ‘Whitecloud’ is meaningful and communicative to those who familiar with him directly. (ie. Whitecloud isn’t his name, but anyone who knows who he is knows that ‘Whitecloud’ refers to him).
